We are seeking a skilled Grinding and Polishing Machine Operator to join our Optical Lab team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience in polishing and finishing eyewear products, ensuring the highest quality standards while operating various machines effectively. Responsibilities

• Perform polishing operations utilizing various machines.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Keep work area organized and machinery in top condition.
• Collaborate effectively within the Optical Lab team.
• Identify and correct any issues with the polishing process.
• Engage in ongoing training related to new techniques and machinery.
• Assist with other production tasks as required.
• Record production data accurately for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Experience

• 2-4 years' experience working with a variety of materials in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent
