Job Description

As a Hand Funnel Coater, you will be responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces using a hand-held funnel coater. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and have prior experience in the coatings industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating by thoroughly cleaning and prepping them.
• Utilize the hand-held funnel coater to mix and apply coatings efficiently.
• Monitor the thickness and coverage of coatings to meet specified standards.
• Maintain and clean all coating equipment to extend its lifespan.
• Comply with safety regulations and protocols to ensure workplace safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress.
• Keep detailed records of the coating process and material usage.
• Assist in the quality control of finished products.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss techniques and process improvements.

Requirements

Education
