Quality Control Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Racker to join our team. As a Racker, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately racking servers and network equipment in our data centers. Your attention to detail, ability to work quickly, and excellent organizational skills will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for improving product quality and compliance.
• Conduct audits and assessments regularly to enhance quality standards.
• Lead cross-departmental teams in quality improvement projects.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure accessibility for all teams.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Provide coaching on quality principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Report on quality performance and suggest enhancements.
• Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in Quality Assurance is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing) preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficient in ISO Standards
• Root Cause Analysis
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Leadership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies: Hands-on experience with RCA tools like Fishbone Diagram.
• Previous experience leading or participating in external audits: Experience in audit processes and compliance checks.
