Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Drip Molder to join our skilled team in Melbourne's manufacturing hub. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom drip products, requiring keen attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the molding process. You will operate specialized machinery, ensure optimal temperature and pressure settings, and conduct quality inspections to maintain high product standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines.
• Perform quality control inspections on fabricated parts.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with engineers for product enhancements.
• Provide feedback on design improvements based on production experience.
• Assist with inventory management of materials.
• Report on production progress to the Production Manager.
• Prepare materials for upcoming production runs.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drip molding or a related field.
