Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to product quality. You will work on routine inspections and report on compliance with industry standards while fostering a culture of quality within the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments on raw materials and finished products.
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Identify and report quality issues promptly to management.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Monitor compliance with internal quality management systems.
• Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training for new quality techniques and procedures.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and standards related to quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Certifications in quality systems management are advantageous

Experience

• Experience with regulatory compliance standards specific to the industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality management software

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
