Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be accountable for operating polystyrene molding machines, ensuring product quality while adhering to safety protocols and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of molding machines.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary for specific production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace following best housekeeping practices.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade qualifications preferable

Experience

• Experience in polystyrene molding specifically is advantageous
