Job Description

We are looking for motivated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will ensure quality control through meticulous grading of tobacco leaves, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess tobacco quality based on predetermined criteria.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality.
• Document and report on production metrics and quality findings.
• Engage in training programs to enhance grading skills.
• Work closely with the production team to address quality concerns.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist new team members in understanding quality standards.
• Perform routine checks on environmental conditions affecting tobacco quality.

Requirements

Education

• Previous experience in tobacco grading is highly regarded

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Quality control

Advantageous

• Familiarity with tobacco grading standards: Understanding of industry standards for grading tobacco quality.
