Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the technological backbone of our operations. You will assist users with technical issues, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be vital as you navigate various software and hardware environments.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user support requests and issues.
  • Install and configure new software and hardware.
  • Support IT service management processes.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of the IT environment.
  • Help develop IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on system performance to improve user experience.
  • Assist in disaster recovery and data backup operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
