As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of production equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Review and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Investigate production variances and facilitate resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Manufacturing or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role

• SAP Manufacturing Systems
• Process Optimization

Advantageous

• Forklift License: Current forklift operation certification is advantageous.
