Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inflated Ball Molder to join our skilled team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for molding and shaping inflated balls with precision using specialized equipment. Candidates must possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure molds are correctly set up prior to the production run.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and cleaning on molding equipment.
• Work with team leads to achieve daily production targets.
• Document production runs and any issues faced for quality assessments.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety on the shop floor.
• Assist in the training of new staff on machinery operations and safety standards.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production challenges and improvements.
• Participate in workplace safety audits and provide feedback on safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or similar production environments is preferred.
