Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' health status thoroughly.
• Formulate comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Handle the management of various health ailments effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Cooperate with a diverse healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Analyze patient data to measure outcomes and revise care plans as necessary.
• Contribute to ongoing health improvement projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Advanced Nursing Practice
• Registered Nurse in Victoria

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years working as a Nurse Practitioner

• Patient care planning

Certifications

• Nurse Practitioner National Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
