Job Description

As an Order Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. You'll coordinate with suppliers, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products, making a positive impact on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to track deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all orders, payments, and inventory levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and any delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
