Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will provide high-quality veterinary care to a variety of animals. You will work alongside a passionate team of veterinarians and support staff, ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to diagnose conditions.
  • Execute surgical procedures with precision and care.
  • Advise clients on animal health management and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of veterinary best practices and innovations.
  • Document all procedures in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in community education initiatives on animal welfare.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with fellow veterinarians and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in veterinary surgery is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a veterinary practice
