Job Description

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our creative team. This role will involve designing and developing original clothing designs that reflect current trends and customer preferences while ensuring that they align with our brand's vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to final product.
• Engage with target customers to gather feedback on designs.
• Ensure alignment between design vision and production capabilities.
• Identify new trends and technologies that could enhance the design process.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to brand storytelling through design.
• Manage the samples' production and evaluation stages.
• Cultivate relationships with textile suppliers and manufacturers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in the apparel industry

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office

Soft Skills

• Collaboration
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Sustainable Fashion Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience Working with Overseas Manufacturers: Ability to liaise with international suppliers to ensure quality and specifications.
• Knowledge of Print Design: Experience in creating patterns and prints for fabric.
