Job Description

The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining die cutting equipment to produce high-quality products in a timely manner. You will play a critical role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of die cutting machines for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve any issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management of materials used in production.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certificate in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in die cutting or related field preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with various die cutting machines
• Troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

Certifications

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in textile manufacturing: Background in producing textile materials will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of material types and applications: Understanding the various textile materials and their characteristics.
