Job Description

As a Freight Conductor, you will play a pivotal role in managing rail freight operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring the safe loading and unloading of cargo, monitoring train movements, and collaborating with fellow team members to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report any issues affecting train operations.
• Ensure the safe handling of cargo during loading and unloading.
• Collaborate with dispatchers for effective scheduling.
• Support safety inspections and equipment checks.
• Document all operational activities accurately.
• Assist in resolving operational issues swiftly.
• Train new staff on safety and operational protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in rail operations is advantageous
