Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Canberra. This role will require you to manage technical support tasks, resolve hardware and software issues, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth IT operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal staff and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and support desktop computers, networks, and printers.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assets.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Ensure the security of IT systems and data by implementing appropriate measures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to address complex technical issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
