Job Description

The Gusset Stitcher plays an essential role in our production line, responsible for sewing gussets onto various leather products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every stitch meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sew gussets and other components according to production schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues with sewing equipment and resolve them promptly.
• Work closely with quality control to address any defects in the stitching process.
• Maintain inventory of sewing supplies and materials.
• Train new team members on sewing machine operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a vocational training program in sewing or fashion design

Experience

• Previous experience in the leather goods industry preferred
