Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will operate machines that cut raw materials into specified sizes and shapes, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of machines before operation
• Set up machines for various production tasks
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished products
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors
• Adjust operations based on real-time feedback
• Compile production data for management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor junior operators
• Ensure all safety equipment is in use
• Participate in workplace safety audits as required

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing Technology
• Any relevant trade certificate in the manufacturing industry

Experience

• Experience with wet cutting machines preferred

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation Software
• Cutting Blades and Tools Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Safety Procedures

Certifications

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent
