Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our vibrant production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leather manufacturing and machine operation, playing a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for operation and ensure proper alignment.
• Inspect hides for defects and rectify any issues during processing.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve daily goals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance operational skills.
• Record production data accurately for quality control purposes.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Experience with similar machinery is advantageous.
