Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with clients and helping them choose the right insurance products for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create customized insurance plans based on client needs.
  • Ensure clarity and understanding of insurance products among clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
  • Work with team members to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist clients in the claims process as needed.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Technical Skills
  • CRM software
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
