Job Description

The Complaint Inspector is responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate and resolve complex complaints. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations of complaints to determine validity.
  • Work with healthcare professionals to ensure all complaints are handled properly.
  • Prepare and present reports on complaint trends to management.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills in customer interaction.
  • Proactively suggest changes to policies that may improve customer experience.
  • Manage multiple complaints simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of service.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or Healthcare is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience handling complaints in a healthcare setting
