Job Description

As a Security Guard at our esteemed bank, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the bank and monitor visitor movements.
• React promptly to any security alerts or alarms that are triggered.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and observe for unusual activity.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and report any discrepancies.
• Engage with customers to enhance their sense of security.
• Record all incidents and prepare reports as required.
• Participate in drills and training sessions to improve response times.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure a cohesive approach to safety.
• Assist during emergencies, providing first aid and support as necessary.
• Check and maintain all CCTV and alarm systems regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of Year 12 preferred

Experience

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry highly desirable
