Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Coffs Harbour. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance and will work towards resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues and work on solutions.
  • Educate clients on the effective use of our products.
  • Work with the development team to communicate client needs.
  • Stay updated on product features and changes.
  • Offer technical support for hardware and software issues.

Requirements

Education

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
