Job Description

As a Business Analyst in Bunbury, you will engage with various teams to gather requirements and drive business improvements. This role requires a keen analytical mind, an understanding of IT systems, and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders, ensuring informed strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements and insights from data.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to harmonise project goals.
• Employ analytical tools to forecast business trends.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for strategic planning.
• Provide ongoing support for business process transformation.
• Develop project timelines and deliverables.
• Gather feedback to refine business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
• Assist in communication and change management efforts.
• Produce reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Business Analysis or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in a business analyst role or similar
