Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial equipment that controls the curing process of foam rubber products. The role requires precision in mixing chemical formulations and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for blending equipment.
• Prepare reports on production output and efficiency metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or production processes
• Advanced certificates in chemical processing is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in foam rubber production
