Job Description
As a Speeder Operator, you will operate and maintain high-speed production equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
Manage the operation of fast machinery for textile production.
Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Adjust production settings based on real-time monitoring data.
Quality check products to maintain consistency and standards.
Keep the working area organized and adhere to safety protocols.
Record production data and machine performance metrics.
Provide support in the training of new team members.
Contribute to team efforts in achieving production targets.
Identify areas for process enhancements and communicate them.

Requirements
Education
Technical Certificate in Machinery Operations or related field
Experience
Previous experience with high-speed production machinery preferred.
