Job Description

We are seeking experienced Insulation Workers to install and maintain various insulation materials in diverse settings. The successful candidates will play a vital role in improving energy efficiency and comfort in buildings across Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations and repairs of insulation materials in various types of buildings.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of existing insulation for efficiency and safety.
• Keep detailed logs of all installations and maintenance work completed.
• Work alongside a team to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Advise clients on insulation options and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Help train junior employees in best practices for insulation installation.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade qualifications

Experience

• Experience with HVAC systems is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• CAD Software Proficiency
• Hand and Power Tools

• Problem-solving Skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Energy Audits: Knowledgeable in assessing building energy performance.
