Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forming Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain our forming machines to ensure efficient and accurate production of our products. You will play a vital role in monitoring output quality and collaborating with team members for seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of forming machinery.
• Read and interpret production schedules and adjust machines accordingly.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products for compliance.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on equipment.
• Train and mentor junior operators when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machine operation and maintenance is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating and maintaining forming machines.
