Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Lapper to operate our lapping machines, ensuring that all metal parts are smoothed and flat to meet the highest quality standards. The role requires precision and a fine eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multiple lapping machines.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Review production schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate effective communication within the manufacturing team.
• Report on production outcomes and quality metrics.
• Train junior staff on lapping machine operation and safety.
• Collaborate on improving machine specifications and performance.
• Gather feedback from team members to enhance workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in lapping or precise manufacturing

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
