Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who can lead our logistics efforts and optimize our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring that our logistics meet industry standards. You will manage supplier relationships, forecast demand, and coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and lower costs.

Responsibilities

• Function as the primary contact for all supply chain-related inquiries.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate supply chain efficiency.
• Drive compliance with health and safety regulations within supply chain processes.
• Conduct training and development for staff on supply chain protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Advise on supply chain technology improvements for better efficiency.
• Regularly review supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
