Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who can lead our logistics efforts and optimize our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring that our logistics meet industry standards. You will manage supplier relationships, forecast demand, and coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and lower costs.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of supply chain management to meet operational goals.
  • Engage with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Utilize software tools to track shipments and manage inventory levels.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
  • Manage staff schedules and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enhance internal processes to improve response times to customer needs.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in supply chain practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
