Job Description

We are currently seeking a Nailhead Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating nailhead machines to ensure the accurate production of high-quality products. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run nailhead machines to fabricate high-quality components.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and processes.
• Troubleshoot common mechanical issues with machines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding production progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
• Document any operational deviations and report findings to management.
• Assist with training new staff in the use of machinery.
• Maintain machine logs and production reports accurately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Textile Machinery Operation
• Quality Control Processes

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Textile Design Software: Familiarity with software used for textile design could be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards: Understanding of health and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
