Job Description

As a Form Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user-friendly forms tailored to meet client specifications. Collaborating with project managers and the development team, you will ensure that all forms are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, user-friendly forms based on client specifications.
• Work with the development team to enhance form functionality.
• Conduct user research to improve form designs.
• Ensure all forms comply with accessibility standards.
• Conduct regular testing of forms to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist in form-related training and workshops for clients.
• Monitor latest trends to keep design practices current.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree is essential.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in form design or related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Google Forms and Formstack

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Attention to Detail

Advantageous

• Experience in UX design: A background in User Experience design is advantageous.
