Job Description

As a Security Management Specialist at SecureTech Solutions, you will be responsible for protecting our clients' systems and data by implementing effective security measures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and mitigate security risks through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Draft and update security protocols to reflect current best practices.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff security awareness.
  • Oversee the integration of security technologies in the IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations.
  • Evaluate compliance with industry security standards such as ISO 27001.
  • Investigate potential security breaches and recommend preventive measures.
  • Assist in the development of security strategy and policies.
  • Report on security performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field
