Job Description

We are searching for a Telecommunications Clerk to handle our switchboard operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a knack for managing telecommunications networks, processing data, and troubleshooting issues to facilitate seamless communication. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate switchboard operations
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and route them as needed

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or telecommunications field is preferred
Experience
