Responsibilities

  • Monitor call traffic and ensure efficient handling.
  • Assist with training team members on best practices.
  • Engage with clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Report issues or improvements needed to the management.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and various departments.
  • Update and maintain records related to customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and integrity in client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Completion of a relevant certificate or training course
Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer-centric role is preferred
