Job Description

Join our incredible team as a Baggage Porter and Bellhop, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for providing top-notch service, assisting with luggage, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Deliver messages and packages to guests as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment in the lobby.
  • Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Support other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Customer service training or certification preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
