Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will oversee the design and administration of our executive compensation programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our strategies align with organizational goals, attract top talent, and motivate high performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for executives.
  • Develop strategies for effective compensation communications.
  • Ensure timely reporting and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compensation programs in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to review compensation contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare and present compensation reports to the executive team.
  • Lead compensation surveys and analyze data to establish competitive pay practices.
  • Support the HR team in talent acquisition efforts by advising on compensation matters.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions on executive compensation for relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee staff training on compensation policies and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in compensation or HR-related fields are a plus.
Experience
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing executive compensation programs.
