Job Description

As an Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate closely with architects in the design and execution of numerous projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural documentation and detailed drawings.
• Work alongside architects to craft innovative design concepts.
• Perform site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements.
• Develop 3D visualizations using architectural software.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety standards.
• Evaluate architectural designs for practicality and compliance.
• Maintain thorough project documentation.
• Foster effective communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Keep abreast of the latest architectural practices and technologies.
• Engage in company-wide initiatives for improved practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Advanced diploma in architectural drafting is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with BIM software: Experience with Building Information Modeling is a plus.
