Responsibilities

• Develop specifications for electrical systems and components.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials.
• Evaluate system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and safety management.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on electrical systems.
• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in electrical engineering
