We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ballarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and analysis of structures, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. You will collaborate closely with architects and project managers to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from concept through to completion.
• Conduct structural assessments and risk evaluations.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all engineering practices align with company standards.
• Investigate and resolve design issues that arise during construction.
• Develop presentations and reports for client proposals.
• Train and mentor junior engineers in best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles
