Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will ensure that our products meet strict quality standards, identify defects, and assist in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and maintain logs of quality control metrics.
• Assist in the development of new quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor production processes and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports on quality inspections for management review.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss quality issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Quality control knowledge
• Machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment: Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
• Ability to operate machinery: Comfortable working with equipment used in the production line.
