Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented Postal Service Mail Carriers to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, sorting, and delivering mail and parcels, while maintaining effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates.
• Review and process shipping documents and customs declarations.
• Identify areas for improvement in transportation efficiency.
• Maintain communication with internal departments on delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular reviews of delivery performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics
• Proficiency in using shipment tracking software

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field: Preferred for a deeper understanding of logistical workflows.
• Experience with international shipping and customs procedures: Knowledge in handling international freight shipping effectively.
