Job Description

As a Vertical Contour Band-Saw Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our advanced band-saw machines. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality metal parts while adhering to safety standards and maintaining efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust band-saw machines for different jobs.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed parts.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform basic repairs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Support the team in meeting production deadlines.
• Document machine operations and assist in inventory tracking.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in machining preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Metal cutting
• Quality control

• Safety awareness

Languages

• English: Fluent
