Warehouse Shift Manager

Job Description

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring all goods are efficiently received, stored, and dispatched. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations while ensuring adherence to scheduled activities.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports on inventory discrepancies.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for optimizing warehouse processes.
• Train and develop team members in warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding warehouse operations.
• Manage equipment maintenance and liaise with suppliers for necessary repairs and servicing.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in warehouse management or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
