Job Description

As a Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a critical role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include operating tandem mill machinery, ensuring safe and efficient production while maintaining quality standards. You'll work closely with a dynamic team, aiming for high-quality output to meet the demands of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tandem mills according to production specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain equipment and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and report them.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in industrial machinery operation is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years working in a manufacturing environment.

Languages
