Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Potter to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and shaping clay into beautiful pottery pieces, utilising a variety of techniques and tools. Attention to detail and an artistic flair are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique pottery pieces as per studio themes and client requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the studio and equipment used.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Work with the marketing team to provide feedback on best-selling items and customer preferences.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to improve pottery skills and techniques.
• Assist in the packaging and delivery of products to retailers and exhibitions.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Ceramics or Visual Arts is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience working with ceramics or in a related art field will be considered an asset.
