Job Description

As a Conveyor Operator and Tender, your primary responsibility will be operating and maintaining equipment that transfers bulk materials from storage bins to conveyors or trucks. You will ensure that loading and unloading processes are carried out efficiently and safely. This role is critical in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading and unloading of materials ensuring precision.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Assist in maintaining the facility and equipment.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Assist in coordinating logistics with transportation teams.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in waste management or logistics is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation
• Waste Management Practices

• Problem-solving
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Heavy Machinery Operation: Formal training or certifications in operating heavy equipment.
