Trailer Mechanic

Job Description

Join us as a Trailer Mechanic, where you'll use your technical skills to maintain and repair our fleet of trailers. You'll ensure that all repairs are performed to a high standard, guaranteeing safety and efficiency for all our vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and timely repairs on trailers.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service during trailer servicing.
• Train junior mechanics and apprentices in standard practices.
• Work with the maintenance supervisor to establish efficient procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Vehicle Trailer)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trailer Mechanic
