Job Description

As a Field Contact Person, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and the company. You'll maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders by traversing various locations to meet their needs, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client communications.
• Conduct travel to meet clients and assess their needs directly.
• Utilise various digital platforms for effective communication.
• Deliver timely updates to stakeholders regarding project status.
• Manage conflict resolution and provide solutions to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures.
• Document and maintain quality records of all communications.
• Engage in regular training to enhance service delivery skills.

• Adapt quickly to changing client requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Communication or relevant field

Experience

• Experience in administration, customer service, or communications preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
